This magnetic field is energized by an alternating current signal generated by a state-of-the-art Digital Power Amplifier. The interaction between the magnetic field and the alternating current signal creates a controlled vibratory force. This force is directly proportional to the magnitude and frequency of the input signal, causing the drive coil to move dynamically in precise alignment with the desired test parameters.
This vibratory force is effectively transferred to objects or specimens mounted on the robust and versatile Shaker platform, ensuring accurate simulation of real-world conditions. The armature assembly, a critical component of the system, employs an advanced Rolling Strut suspension system. This modern design minimizes transverse motion, enhancing the system’s stability and ensuring high-quality test results.
